We want you to love what you ordered from TREND$ETTER$. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to make it right.
Returns Accepted Within 30 Days
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must:
• Be in the same condition that you received it
• Be unworn or unused
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Include proof of purchase or receipt

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a free prepaid shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price once the return is approved and processed.
Free Return Shipping
All approved returns include free return shipping within the regions we currently serve.
No Final Sale Items
We do not classify any products as “final sale.”
All eligible items can be returned within the 30-day window, unless they fall under one of the exceptions below.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• Custom or personalized products (e.g., made-to-order designs)
• Digital products or gift cards
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
• The item is defective
• Damaged during transit
• You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return your original purchase.
Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
